Mental Health Low Points Still Affect Me – Marler
It has been a long journey filled with ups and downs, but the low points in my mental health continue to affect me even today. Despite making progress and seeking help, there are still lingering effects that I struggle with on a daily basis.
From anxiety and depression to feelings of worthlessness and hopelessness, the impact of these low points is profound. They have shaped my relationships, my career, and my outlook on life in ways that are not easy to shake off.
